Surprisingly Helpful for Improving Posture, Though Not Perfectly Comfortable

Large Size waist belt is so short that can't paste together and I am only 112 lb.
Do not order this item, I ordered according to the size chart even one size larger and ordered Large, when it arrived the Extension Belt is missing, the waist belt is so short that it cannot be paste together, need the extension belt.Contact Amazon.ca to contact seller to send the Extension Belt, seller just ignore us. I weight only 112 lb. never thought a Large would not fit my small frame. Now I ordered an EXTRA LARGE, the extra large waist belt was 4 in longer finally able to paste together, but there is still no Extension Belt. Seller is false advertising.
