This would be good for a part of your body that you are not laying on. As for trying to use this for a headache the knob just gets in the way and is so uncomfortable.I used it with ice and maybe if it was water it would have worked better. After trying all the other bags and having them leak I bought no melt ice cubes and that is what I use now.

Does not leak, reliable ice bags ! I can use hotel ice machine ice and no leaks! Or even ice water ! I have two and am very happy with them i gave used them dozens of times a great alternative for travels when i have no freezer to freeze my gel packs lije at home . Other ice bags leak these do not!

This product is wonderful. I have an ongoing issue with bursitis and this ice pack is just what the doctor ordered. I love the fact you cannot overfill it (which is what inevitably happens with your ordinary ice pack). Put a little crushed ice in it, a tiny bit of water, lay back, put the pack on your ache/pain and you immediately know all is right with the earth. I am so glad I purchased this item.

Reminds me of the one my parents had many many years ago. I have bought many ice bags of the cloth type, so happy to find this one.

Perfect! No-leaking! Refillable, rubber ice packs were very hard to find locally in stores and online. Most are fabric with a vinyl liner inside which eventually leak through as the ice melts. This is exactly what I needed for prolonged use on an injury. Priced right. I own two, and have recommended to everyone I know.

thought it would fill up more but it stays rather flat. Still usefull to appy to a larger area.
