Incredible Mop/Vac combo
Incredible machine. Gets my entire house clean on the eco mode with zero spots left (2 dogs & multiple children in the house.) Heavier duty messes get cleaned well with the max mode. Once you’re done it cleans itself, and dries itself which is incredible because that leaves zero smell to the roller brush/machine. Brush is literally dry after its cleaning session and ready to go for next clean. Large clean and dirty water tanks and very easy to dump the dirty water and maintain. Battery lasts awhile especially on eco mode without compromising the cleaning quality. Very portable and lightweight. Best part is it doesn’t heavily propel like the previous mop vac I used to have. Just enough to be effortless, without breaking your back but keeping the control in your grip. Amazing value for money.

Life-changing! The ultimate hands-free cleaning experience
I’ve tried many vacuum cleaners, but this Roborock is on a whole different level. If you’re looking for a device that truly does the work for you, this is it.Here’s why it’s a game-changer:• Self-Cleaning & Hot Air Drying: The best part is the docking station. It doesn’t just wash the mop; it dries it with hot air. I used to worry about that "wet mop smell," but with the heated drying, it stays fresh and odorless every single time.• The Flat-Lay Feature: This is a lifesaver! It can lay completely flat to get under the sofa and low furniture. I was worried it might leak or spill when horizontal, but the design is flawless — zero leaks, just deep cleaning in spots other vacuums can’t reach.• True Autonomy: It washes, it dries, it recharges. I barely have to touch it.As a busy mom, I’m always looking for ways to save time, and this has freed up so much of my day. It’s powerful, smart, and incredibly reliable. If you have kids or pets, don’t even think twice — just get it. It’s worth every penny!

Works Great!
This vacuum is saving me so much work! I’ve never had a wet/dry vacuum before. I used a mop and bucket for years. Then I went to a steam mop. That was great for the cleaning of bacteria but I had to keep changing the mop cover from room to room. Next I went with a rotary mop. But again you’re just pushing dirty water around on the floor unless you are very disciplined and mop every day. This mop is great! I wanted something that would get up a little dirt and still clean the floor. This is it. I have a Miele vacuum and it does a wonderful job of cleaning the debris off the floor and everywhere else. But you still have to clean the floor of smears or bacteria. And this vacuum makes it convenient to just use it without using my other vacuum every time. It is nice to be able to grab it for a messy doggy floor of prints and mud or slopped water and pumpkin from their food.We have three dogs. Two French Bulldogs and one Staffordshire Terrier. The Staffy sheds like crazy. So there is always hair on the floor. All she has to do is walk and hair will be behind her. So keeping up is really a chore. But this vacuum will help me a lot. That said, I did find that I will need to dump the dirt part of the dirty water tank out about halfway doing my house. Because the dog hair clogged up the filter and the water was dripping onto the floor. Also little clumps of hair started to clump on the floor. So I knew I needed to empty it. I did not vacuum first before I used the Roborock today. I think their filter could be a little bigger. That and the short cord is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. There was hardly any clean water used it seemed. The dirty tank had very little water. It could have been from all the dog hair clogging it up. And I vacuum almost every day! But if I were to vacuum first and then use this little cleaner it would not have given me any issues I’m sure. But what’s the point of that? The whole reason I bought this was so I wouldn’t have to vacuum first. We also have an old house. It was built in ‘57. So there are not a lot of electrical outlets or even in the right places. We have redone most of the house. But the laundry room and sun room haven’t had any outlets added. And that is where I chose to put this vacuum. The cord on this vacuum isn’t very long. And my outlet is about chest high on the wall. Even with the vacuum right under the outlet it wouldn’t reach. So I bought an outlet strip and mounted it down lower on the wall. Now the cord reaches just fine and is even wrapped inside under the vacuum stand.I had no problem with the battery life. I did more than half of my Ranch house and still had two bars of battery. It is not very heavy at all. Maybe five pounds. Even filled with water it is easy to lift and carry. Also this little vacuum really goes! It moves all by itself! You don’t have to push it. That is frustrating to me a bit because when I need to slow down or stop it doesn’t want to. So I will be checking to see if there is a way to change that setting. After I finished what I wanted to clean today, I emptied the dirty tank and cleaned the parts. Put it in its stand and started the cleaning cycle. That was impressive! Cleans itself and at something like 194 degrees which kills about 99.9% bacteria. Don’t quote me on that but it’s was somewhere around there. That right there is why I got the F25 LT over some of the other models. One of the other models I looked at didn’t clean that hot.It seems very durable. There are a lot of plastic parts but if you are careful and care for it I think it should last a long time and be a good value for your money. I did get it on a sale at $279. Which is pricey but I was looking down the road and since it works as advertised I think it is worth the money. The cleaning solution it came with works very well and has a nice light scent. You only have to use one quarter of the cap to add to the clean water tank. I checked on Amazon and the bottle to purchase is not inexpensive. So I may look for an alternative. All in all I’m happy with this purchase.

Worth the money!!
I cannot recommend this combo vacuum enough. To be able to sweep and scrub at the same time is amazing. We have hardwood floors and so it is not good to have a lot of water on them. This machine uses very little water but is so effective and easy to use. It's easy to use and saves me so much time. I have a dog and two cats and 4 grandkids and with this item I am able to keep up with spills, animal hair and dirt with so much ease. If you have been on the fence, don't hesitate. I wish I would have had this product when my kids were young!!! It's quiet so I can use it any time. I just truly cannot say enough good things about it.

It worked great, up until it died 42 days later.
I really wanted to love this vacuum, and honestly, I did, until it unexpectedly stopped working just 42 days after I started using it (only about 10–12 uses in). Today, when I powered it on, it began making a loud noise, and then the motor (presumably for suction) gave out completely. Now, only the roller and self-propulsion still work. It won’t even connect to WiFi anymore, so something internally definitely gave out (video attached).Had it lasted at least two years, I would’ve gladly given it five stars. What I liked about it when it worked:• Cleaning effectiveness: Overall, I was very satisfied with how this vacuum cleaned. I’ve used 2-3 different Bissell brand wet vacuums in the past and this was by far my favorite. I didn’t have a serious problem with streaks as some of the other reviewers have mentioned. It may be because I typically vacuum before I mop. I use a Dyson to vacuum my floors and then the F25 Ace to mop/vacuum. I also liked how efficient the machine was with its use of the detergent. I also appreciated how little detergent it used while still cleaning effectively. I was initially concerned about the cost of branded detergent, but it turned out to be very economical.• Maneuverability: I loved the maneuverability of the vacuum and the self-propulsion. This was my first self-propelled vacuum and it’s a game changer. The sleek design made it easy to get under tight spaces.• Self-Cleaning Features: This was also my first self-cleaning wet vac, and it worked beautifully. The roller was cleaned and dried effectively, and the zero-tangle feature actually worked. I never had any issues with hair or debris buildup. What I didn’t like:• Battery life: I have a 1,700 sq ft home, and the battery couldn’t clean the entire house in one go. Thankfully, my wife and I split chores, so we used this alongside our existing Bissell.• Warranty and reliability: The one-year warranty feels inadequate given that mine died just over a month in. This is unacceptable for a product at this price point. I get that it’s a newer model, but Roborock isn’t a new company. I ended up returning it for a refund. I am grateful for Amazon for working with me even though I was a few days outside the return window. My search for a reliable and effective wet vacuum continues. Maybe I’ll try another brand or wait for Dyson to step up their game.

Very good, but the battery doesn't last.
We bought it last November, and I love it. It vacuums and cleans and mops the floor without leaving it too wet, which allows the floor to dry quickly. The only thing I don't like is the battery life; I haven't even finished yet, and I already have to pause to charge it so I can continue cleaning. It doesn't last even 20 minutes before it needs a recharge.

The perfect floor cleaner
I have been waiting forever for this to come along. I have tile throughout the house and was tired of pushing wet dirt around. This does a fabulous job of picking up dirt, liquids, kitty hair and years of dirt buildup. Self cleaning, assisted driving, easy turning and much quieter than my vacuum. Connects to WiFi, but not needed. The handle folds to the ground for cleaning under the bed or other furniture hands free, using the app. Easy to maintain. Small footprint for storage. Highly recommend!

The Mop is Amazing. The Vacuum is Useful.
The mop is amazing. On first use, I was skeptical of its effectiveness until I emptied the tank. I poured out dirt, sand, and dark brown water. The next 2 uses were just as filthy. The self cleaning function works well too. If you empty the dirty tank before self cleaning, you can see just how much it actually works. The handheld vacuum is extremely useful. Its portability & attachments allow it to clean anywhere. It works very well on hardwood. It works well on medium pile carpet too, but it left me unimpressed. The dustbin is small and can fill up quickly on carpet. Also, it doesn’t put deep vacuum lines in the carpet like a traditional vacuum would. However, it is a battery powered, handheld vacuum and it thoroughly cleaned my carpet so I’m satisfied. If you want to replace a traditional vacuum with this handheld and have lots of carpet - this may not be right for you.
