The greatest option for my patio gate. Easy to install and the look is sleek. The metal material is sturdy and it comes with all the screws needed. It's quality is great!

Companion to hinge set
This latch was a companion to the Stanley heavy duty hinge set I purchased for my dock gate. I drilled pilot holes as I did for the hinges and then filled the holes with wood glue prior to inserting the lag bolts. This gave me a nice strong bond on completion. This latch allows for insertion of a padlock if the gate needs to be locked. It is simple to operate, simply lift the latch and slide to lock or unlock your gate! It is very sturdy and painted a nice satin black.

This is light to medium duty. Finish is nice and will work fine for my use. It seems like it should come with two more bolts.
