My nails were breaking/tearing/bleeding often and I needed serious intervention. These candy-like gummies met that need and exceeded expectations! First ordered these for my son to take when he had his toenail removed in October after a XC injury and I think this he’s on bottle four now. The nail seems to have grown in very fast, they told us a year and it’s nearly all the way in and looks really good. His hair is also quite a bit thicker at this point. Skin wise, he’s never had a big problem but I can’t remember the last time I noticed a pimple so I would say he has a good complexion as well. He’s not mentioned any annoying side effects and always asks for another bottle when he runs out so that’s saying something. Oh, and they taste really good! I’ve tried them, but I don’t take them regularly.

The upside of choosing a gummy form of a medicine is convenience and taste: easily portable, no need for a glass of water, has a yummy flavor. This gummy has 2 of the 3, all that is lacking is the yummy flavor. Its okay, but not nearly as good as a competitive brand I've enjoyed in the past.
