Takes awhile to kick in but it works great and I sleep through the night. No grogginess in the morning either. Pills are bitter and chalky, but they're small and go down easy.

My husband wanted something to help him sleep at night and almost bought another type of sleep medicine that is just benedryl (which he doesn't do well with, it doesn't make him sleepy at all). He said it does pretty good 😁 it does help him fall asleep (not drastically, but gently) and he does stay asleep much better than before, which is what he really wanted. So big plus for us! Hubby is happy! He said the only thing that would make it better is if it would just plain knock him out 😆

Only negative is that they are very but, swallow quick with lots of water!
