I recently discovered these instant noodle cups at a specialty grocery market but unfortunately they were completely sold out. Upon visiting their website I was glad to see that they were available on amazon, so I decided to try them out.I tried all the flavors and have been extremely impressed - my absolute favorite were the Taiwanese beef noodle and the Vietnamese pho. I felt that those two had the most authentic flavor and texture, and has satisfied my craving for them each time. I was feeling especially adventurous and tried adding fresh meats and veggies into the noodles and they truly tasted comparable to their authentic counterparts! In my honest opinion all four flavors were delicious and I couldn't believe they were instant cup noodles, not to mention, a true gourmet healthier alternative to other instant noodles i'm familiar with.As far as packaging and ease of use goes, both were excellent. At first glance, the bowls appeared artistic and very appetizing. Within the sealed bowl are individually packaged components (noodles, broth, and broth reduction). You can really appreciate the time and effort put into these noodles.After some thought I honestly feel that the multipack has a great price point and is very appropriate. The name may be a bit misleading - although these noodles are considered "instant," the genuine flavor and gourmet quality make them nothing short of exquisite!Again, I am excited to have discovered these and will always keep my pantry stocked. I used to LIVE off Cup O Noodles in college like many other folks I'm sure, but you get older and you realize my god were those unhealthy. Still, I'll dabble in a few here and there and we always have some sort of instant ramen in our pantry.Well, my prayers have been answered! Not really, but I stumbled upon these One Culture noodle cups, bone broth caught my eye (all the craze these days), but rightfully so, super flavorful, healthy. Couple that with all these insanely tasty and authentic flavors and I'm sold! I love me some Pho, ramen, udon, etc. We've tried each of the flavors. I'm a fan of each, but I'd have to say my favorites or Japanese Spicy ramen and Tawainese beef noodle. We grilled some flank steak one night and added it to the Taiwanese basil and my wife added chicken to the Pho. Otherwise, we've just had it straight up with no meat and they're still really good.Final thought, the noodles are really, really tasty. All the ingredients are individually packed and the noodles taste and feel fresh in the texture, it's crazy. Anyway, you can customize the flavor this way which is nice, vs. all the flavors being baked in with old school Cup O Noodles, and the fact that it's non GMO, natural ingredients makes you feel way less guilty. When I’ve had a long day at work and not in the mood to cook or I’ve forgotten to pack a lunch these noodles are easy to make and extremely flavorful! I’m constantly looking for products without added sugar - these do have a couple of grams of sugar (between 1-3 grams total in the bone broth and seasoning depending on the flavor) and hope in the future they can be made with 0 grams of sugar! I usually add tofu or some steamed veggies if I want to make it a more filling meal. For me personally, letting the noodles deep in hot water wasn’t enough so I microwave for an additional 1 minute for the desired softness. I’m excited to purchase again!
