I have been taking this for almost 30 days. It has curved my appetite and dropped some pounds. It is effective and makes me feel good.

Careful when you are female
It caused hair loss for me. It must have increased my testosterone levels. Not funny when you're female. Now I needed to get a different supplement to balance it out again. Needless to say I won't repurchase.
