Got this for my wife's bday. Chose this one cause it was way cheaper than other options and my wife has really bad migraines. Her neck muscles get super tense which eventually leads to migraines so I hoped this might help.Lately though, when her neck starts to hurt, she'll use this for like 10 min and it helps for sure, though it's not a cure. She might still get a headache, but not nearly as severe as it could be.I've used it too and man, super relaxing. Puts you right to sleep. The padding is cozy but tends to get a little hot overtime.
