After trying different spin mops and other cleaning systems for my wood floors, this one nailed it. AND it cuts my cleaning time in half (or more than half, really). I used to get on my hands and knees to mop and hand dry with towels. Not anymore! This thing is a one stop shop with powerful suction and it really cleans your floors! It only leaves minimal water that dries in seconds. It’s truly amazing and I know I could never live without it now that I’ve experienced its greatness. Take my word for it. This thing is the real deal and will change your life for the better!

Wish I had this sooner! Works very well. Not too many videos out there to know what to do after you get it for operating it. You get a diagram that I needed a magnifying glass to see what buttons to press for what. Kinda trial and error. FYI - After set up and plugging it in, the cleaning and drying the roller starts automatically! Sooo, I pressed the power button, took it off the platform, put water in it, the cleaning solution provided and cleaned the floor! With the power it had when shipped it cleaned the whole kitchen floor and hallway. Easy to maneuver and lightweight. Afterwards I placed it back on the charging plate. You must keep some clean water in the reservoir so it can clean the roller. It talks to you so you kinda have to stick around if you want to hear it. Overall, I’m still learning but seems to be well made, picks up debris well, charges well, and seems easy to use. I dumped the dirty water container in the kitchen sink with a strainer. You don’t know what it picks up that you may not want to go down the drain! The cleaning cycle is much quieter than I thought it would be and does an excellent job cleaning and drying the roller. Overall I’m happy with this purchase. I also checked out the Dyson but believe this is the better buy as the cost of the Dyson was much more.

this floor cleaner is the REAL DEAL! I will never mop the same again!! It does get stopped up occasionally but it is easy to take out the dog hair. :) I would buy again and will never be without one again.

I’ve had this machine for about a year now. It was amazing for about the first 6 months, then I started noticing things going wrong. I’m an avid cleaner and a bit of a germphobe so I use my cleaning arsenal regularly (think almost every day) I broom, then vacuum with my regular vacuum, then use this mop/vac, and then dry. I have dogs so I know that in order to extend the life of these machines it’s crucial to broom and vacuum first to avoid over working the machine. I take great care to make sure I clean the water tanks after every use and use the auto clean functions. All that said to make it clear this is not user neglect. After about 6 months I started noticing little stuff and after about 9 months there were leaks on the side of the clean water tank, less water in the dirty tank as if it wasn’t suctioning the same, and the automation telling me there was no water in the clean water tank when I just filled it. Now at about the one year mark it has basically stopped working. The seals in the clean water tank have stretched and basically disintegrated causing the machine to not disperse the solution on to the brush. The suction has all but stopped, and the automation goes off randomly. Also the “AI easy wheel” crap is useless all it does is pull against me when I’m trying to clean and causes little random tire streaks all over my floors. These are way too expensive to only work at full capacity for 6 months and then be junk by 1 year. I would NOT recommend this product unless you’re replacing them every 6 months anyways because that’s the max life for this item. I gave 2 stars to reflect it working for the first few months.

No cumple con todas las especificaciones anunciadas por aquí ni en videos patrocinados: la pila dura menos, si se llega a atascar el cabello, y algunas sustancias pegajojas o secas batalla para limpiarlas un poco. A menos de un mes de uso ocasional empezó a hacer un ruido extraño al aspirar. No creo recomendarla en especial con niños. Iniciamos devolución, pero el servicio de amazon no ha sido de mucha ayuda aún para este artículo costoso.
