Sadly, we were let down by that courier company, not only missing the estimated delivery date, but also missing the actual delivery day. It eventually arrived 3 days later than expected. In the mean time, I ordered this smaller bag via desertcart and paid for next day shipping. It arrived before the other courier could get their act together. Whilst it’s a little more money per kg, it meant we could start our at on the much needed new diet. Our cat took to the new food without any fuss or persuasion and eats it with the same relish she always does. This product is labelled Renal Select; which as far as I can tell, is the same as Renal Special.
