Twin Full or Queen Size House Bed with Picket Fence Railings Handmade in USA

Bed is BIG (we got a queen). Neither positive or negative just an observation. The house aspect definitely pronounces the size.Positives: Bed is beautiful. Love the look. Feels very solid. Customer service is #1!!! We didn't have enough screws to finish the fence posts so they very quickly and kindly sent extras.Negative: I *assumed* there would be a guide or something that would show exactly where the rails and fence posts should be in order to have them perfectly spaced- WRONG. All the directions state is "Before attaching the rails between the uprights, note the spacing of the predrilled holes on the pickets. They should be approximately 4" from the top and bottom of each picket, so make sure the fence rails are attached at the correct height in relation to those predrilled holes." "The pickets can go either on the inside or outside of the frame, your choice, and the spacing is approximately 2-2.5" apart starting with a space between the upright and the first picket." Im a perfectionist so this was a bit unsettling to me. I didn't realize I was going to have to math in order to put this bed together. BIG negative for me.Overall: Great company, gorgeous bed and solidly built. I would still buy again but would at least know what I'm getting into this time. Would love a California king sized option.

I had high hopes but as we open the box and put it together I lost some of my excitement for this. I understand that it's unfinished would but a lot of the pieces are green. While the base was cut right, the fence pieces are not. All are slightly off and one was almost a half inch off. The directions are very vague so you need to have some skill in putting things together so you can improvise. For the money it should cut perfectly and the directions should specific and precise. Also damaged pieces from the staples that hold the box together.. I'm disappointed

I got this bed for my one year old son to transition out of his crib. I end up having to cuddle him back to sleep so I got the full. It is SO sturdy. I think you need above average carpenter skills but luckily my mom is a total legend. The wood is beautiful and there’s no rough spots. The instructions were incredibly clear and precise which is something you never see when assembling furniture. I love that it was made in America and if he ever grows out of it we plan to seal the wood and turn it into a greenhouse. Really amazing! So happy that I bought this.

The design is adorable! Our daughter loves it! We selected this USA made bed after reading reviews on Amazon and Etsy for similar beds. While constructing this style of bed requires more skill and tools than an IKEA or Wayfair style furniture purchase, the sturdiness and flexibility (placement of fence, slats, and chimney) worked well for us.A few things to note: 1. We couldn't buy the bit needed for assembly at our local ACE Hardware, but easily found it at a large hardware store like Lowes/Home Depot. 2. The Saatva mattress (11.5" tall twin) fit the base frame exactly, so we needed to put the picket fence outside the frame rather than inside. Because of the design, this was super easy. 3. Because we're leaving the wood it's natural color (for now) and because of placement, we swapped out the included hardware on the picket fence for yellow/gold screws. They blend in very well.

Great quality. Had an issue of lost parts due to UPS damaged the box. The answer my emails over the weekend and had replacement parts within a few days. Highly recommend them.

Big big minus: you will require to buy #2 Square Recess 6″ Power Bit to assemble this bed. It costs 2$, but for next 2 days until bit arrives toddler room will be full of wood pieces. For this price bit should be included or change screw types to anything common that can be handled with home devices. Also keep in mind you need 6'' bit! Long one!Wood parts look solid and well done. I think it will be great bed finally.

It’s beautiful a bit challenging to put together because parts are not labeled but it’s worth it! Bought the queen size, seller is also very nice and quick to respond questions

The frame is super sturdy and the wood is great quality. Only thing I'd improve is the instructions. They could be a bit more specific on certain measurements, but still overall fairly easy to follow.Also note, you will need a 6" square bit driver in order to assemble. I didn't have one so I went to the hardware store and picked one up for less than $5.
