Better than most but I still buy locally once there
Took this to Carry Islands as easy to get through customs. Not as good as locally purchased but that I expected because locals know what works for their mosquito 🦟. Quite good though and it didn't rot fabric as deet does. Pointless wearing this with any perfume as that is the attraction to mosquito 🦟 in the first place. So expect to smell like a chemical factory. I didn't get eaten alive so there is something to be said for that as normally I'm the one who looks like a measles outbreak.

This product is natural and so I opted to use for me and my family on two recent holidays. Despite us all using the same product 2 members of my family were bitten a lot and 2 of us were not, therefore it’s difficult to establish the effectiveness. Overall I would buy again due to being deet free and containing no nasties.

Useless against Bulgarian mosquitoes
I really wanted this to work, but sadly it didn't. I got bites even on areas I'd recently applied Mosiguard. The mosquitoes bit through the Mosiguard!

I hate anti-mosi sprays etc. But this stuff is great.
Most anti-mozi sprays, liquids etc are deet based, and awful. They smell horrible, they melt the paint off all your electrical item's buttons, and they stain your clothes. This stuff is SO much nicer. Highly recommended.

I really wanted it to work better!
So I think if I hadn’t had it on, I would have been bitten worse, so I do think it’s worked to some extent. The smell was also so much nice than other repellents and application was great being a stick rather than a spray. However I have been bitten all over by what appear to be different insects when on holiday in Italy (bites have inflamed differently as you can see from my leg photo) so I do question the effectiveness of this product.
