This stuff actually tastes really good! And it really works at night time to relax and get ready for sleep. I was taking a different brand of pills, but I have difficulty swallowing and they also didn't seem to work like this does. Will keep buying it!

Love these drops! This is the only supplement/med that I have found that actually works!! Coming from someone who has trouble falling asleep, this makes you tired at night & able to sleep easily.

I was looking for something to assist me in falling asleep and this came up in my search. I find it almost does the opposite. I'm laying awake for an hr trying to fall asleep and feel restless. I did just retire and my routine is abnormal now so maybe that will change. Tastes good and I'm sure the supplements assist in other ways. I will go back to melatonin at night or maybe I need to take this earlier in the evening.
