If the corner is a gradual radius (rounded) then the InstaTrim should be able to wrap around the corner. If the corner is a sharp 90 degree corner then you will have to cut it with a razor blade (like a picture frame corner). We also recommend using a couple of drops of instant glue to ensure the joint stays tight permanently. Nothing will stick to old silicone unless it is removed 100% by cutting it off and cleaning vigorously with acetone and a scrubby pad. Hope that helps! If you were able to apply pieces "back to back" and keep them straight there is no reason why they would not adhere well and look like "panel trim".
