If you watch my video, it pretty much says it all. Ignore any negative reviews. Mine showed up extremely well protected in Styrofoam in a box. UPS and FedEx are never going to be perfect. So you can't blame a damaged product on the seller. The hardware is a little weak. So my husband's going to strengthen that up. That would be the only negative. But oh my gosh this thing is gorgeous! There were no dents or dings like other people said. They ran out of white and the seller said they are producing more. So I will get two more as soon as they are made because I need a total of three!
