A 60 year old guy playing with toy engines?? HECK YES!!!! This thing is super cool
OK, I do not normally do reviews, but on this one I have to. This thing has been awesome so far to build, and I mean awesome. For a 60 yr old engineer, this model is super cool. Now, I would NOT let a kid assemble this. The instructions cause you to slow down, look at the pictures from every angle, double check you have the right parts, etc. and there are a few large steps where the mfg makes some assumptions. Now, I am not finished yet, but I have about 10 hours into it already. Early on, I was missing a piece. Actually I have it, but its the wrong piece and it was too short. I installed anyway just to see if would effect me down the road, and yep, it is. So I have reached out to the seller for a replacement piece, so that is why I am one start short for now. I am REALLY bumming because this has been my quiet evening "fun" while nursing a bad a cold and staying clear of the family. Sometimes parts will not go together smooth, so you sometimes feel like more hands are needed. I have improvised, and overcome those issues, but I am at a standstill until I get the pin for the cooling fan. Anyway, this thing is amazing. The transmission was the hardest to assemble, but man was it fun. I almost want to take it apart to do that one again, but its working, and I won't mess with it. If you are into building working models, and can think in 3 dimensions, visualize what you need to do, this thing is a da bomb.

Got this for my 13yr old son for Christmas and he loved it. Completed it in 4 days! It looks awesome

Missing parts makes it not being able to complete all the assembly of the model
There were several missing parts that made it impossible to complete. It was difficult to to hold the existing assembly together. It kelp falling apart.

Toller Bausatz, die Steine passen sehr gut und schauen auch gut aus. Manche zu verbauende Bauteile sind in der Anleitung schwer zu finden. Ein Teil hat gefehlt. Die Funktion des Motors ist nach dem Zusammenbau sehr schön.
