Such a lovely mug and really happy with it but unfortunately it was chipped when it arrived.

I broke one of a set and love this sturdy and attractive mug. This replacement was one third more expensive but fast delivery clinched the deal

On the plus side I like the design and the size is good for a good gulp. However, I particularly wanted a fine china mug and this is very far from that - its clunky pottery in my book. Thick and sturdy, yes, fine china NO!. I am unsure why it is so difficult (general point, not this vendor) to find fine china mugs in a decent size (this is) that have a halfway contemporary design (this does) ...fine chain lovers are not all wanting cabbage roses and able only to drink a thimbleful...Pottery is fine for my coffee but for tea....sorry, I want a finer mug!

Beautiful design, in what I would call a pale grey not blue. Goes nicely with the other two designs in this range. The mug is a good size, not too small and not too large.

Beautifull mugs but one arrived smashed, needs better packaging please.

At first I thought it was a bit heavy, but now it's my favourite mug. Beautiful colour and design. Really sturdy and holds a lot of tea!!

Neither blue, nor bone china, as other reviewers have pointed out. I should have read the reviews before purchase - I usually do. Particularly disappointing as it is a present for someone who particularly likes blue, and bone china makes for a much better experience, especially if you have little strength in your arthritic hands. This mug is heavy and certainly ceramic, but not "fine" or "bone" china as described.The two stars are for the attractive surface design, which would look far better on a finer base material.
