Worst Customer Support:- The biggest disappointment is customer service. I tried contacting them through the numbers listed on their website, Google, Amazon, etc., but none were available. It seems like they have no proper support system. 5. Frequent Repairs and Extra Cost:- Within three months, my induction broke down seven times. Each time, I had to spend ₹150 on repairs. The induction itself cost ₹1200, and now, after repairs, I have spent ₹2100! Instead of wasting money on such a low-quality product, it’s better to invest in a heavy-duty, reliable induction cooktop. My product is good till 5 months ,after that now it is not working, I raised a ticket to claim warranty,the service is very worst , customer care is also not responding. 8 am Waiting for 20 days they are not fixing my issue.
