You can take it with you anywhere, tear the top and add to any beverage, since they're completely flavorless. That's a great factor, in my opinion. When it comes to supplements or medicines, it is so hard to find something that is truly flavorless or actually tastes good. These you can put in whatever you want (though, I think it's recommended you use water.)
