Excellent quality Excellent service Excellent product
I purchased the wrong size at first, entirely my fault for mis-measuring. But that being said, they offered me a refund after return, and I purchased another. The collar itself is a nice thick durable strap, and the martingale aspect works great. I was mildly worried the medium was too big, but martingales area supposed to be mildly loose until they pull. That’s the whole point. And this collar works really well. I’ll update this review when I remember to, but thus far, my walks with my corgi have been much more pleasant.(( I really appreciate that the product came with a warranty and a helpful little guide on how to train your pup and enjoy your walks more!))Also, shipping was speedy!

It's a nice collar, but it doesn't help with the pulling
Pros: Nice looking collar. Light reflective, which is nice. Also like that it has two tabs you can attach a lead to, and a small separate plastic tab onto which you can attach your dog name and rabies tags.Cons: We got this collar primarily as it is being advertised as stopping your dog from pulling. Some/most of the reviews also say that that's the case. However, this is really not the case, and this collar does not help with the pulling whatsoever. Just like with any regular collar, our dog will pull to the point of strangling himself half to death. So if you were looking at this collar to help with the pulling, maybe look at a Gentle Leader or body harness or prong collar.

Love it, but experienced issues after regular use
Edit: after using this for several months I’ve had some issues. The collar does not stay adjusted to the right size it loosens with use and I’ve had to readjust it with every use. Not a big deal for me as Im obsessed with checking gear before each use anyway. The REAL PROBLEM is that if your using a regular clip on leash the squared corners on the d rings for this collar can cause it to slip off the leash. We lost 3 chickens when this happened with our 7mo old Mal pup while he was tied out. It doesn’t happen from pulling it’s from when the corner of the dring hits the clip just right and causes it to slip off. Hard to explain. I thought it was a fluke but it happened two more times while out walking. I still like the collar enough to keep using it but I will be changing to a lead with a locking clip to ensure we don't have the problem again.Original: Very happy with this collar it has several features all in one and it looks great. I have a 6month Malinois who still struggles on occasion with pulling on the leash. I don't like having to use different collars because we train during normal walking & playing behavior so I need the transitions to be fluid without him adjusting behavior just because Im putting on new gear. This one allows me to switch it up from casual to training mode without him even realizing it. I did not like the martingales that had to slip over the head. I was always having to adjust them before and after putting then on it was a hassle. I like that this one buckles on & off and has separate d rings for either martingale use or standard collar use. When its on it does not look like a martingale it looks like a normal collar. It even has a separate ring for the id tag which is a huge bonus. Its good quality and thick with reflective stitching, I expect it to last a long time. I bought the medium which fits comfortably and has plenty of room for growth.

Sturdy
Nice sturdy collar, this is my second one I had to buy only because my husband let him chew on it and he broke the plastic clasp, but otherwise it’s a good sturdy collar, so far, he’s only 6 months old.

Great collar, needs more colour options
Very well made collar. Hardware is really nice and the buckle is durable. The only thing I’m not a fan of, and could be because it’s still new and not broke in yet, is with a leash attached to the cinch loop the weight of the leash holds that loop open making a circle hang off the side. Making it easy to snag. Also colour choice is weak. Definitely needs to expand on colour choice, I have a lab and would prefer camo options such as mossy blade grass.Other than those two minor things it’s a really great collar. Strong, durable with reflective stitching. Would buy again!

Great collar
I bought this for my very timid foster dog who would try to run away when approached by strangers and managed to get out of every collar and harness I ever tried him in. He couldn’t get out of this one and it was much gentler than a prong collar would be. The only thing is I wish it came in more colours!
