50 Lunaria Biennis Seeds - Silver Dollars, Money Plant, Honesty Plant, Moonwort

I'm planted the seeds in regular soil and in a week they both came up beautiful

I've been communicating with this company and I'm now convinced the seed package I received was by any means no one's fault. This company truly stands by its word. I'm determined to get these things to grow. I will update again with pictures after they bloom. I have been trying to find/grow these for a few good years now. I remember growing up in the 80's we had them all around our property. This may be the 3rd. order I've placed and still have not seen the money plants shown above. But what I do have is tons of Japanse Lantern plants! Pretty but......now what I wanted sadly..

Germination extremely slow, they are growing, maybe next Spring I will know more.

My mom grew these when I was growing up so I can't wait to see them bloom!

I planted 36 seeds and gave the rest to a friend. None of hers came up and only 2 of mine did. Thought that was really weird.

I have not as yet planted the seeds for the spring season, but if these are like other lunaria seeds, they should seed well and produce beautiful, vigorous spring flowers to liven up a semi-shady corner of my yard.

I used half of the package to indoor seed it, using the technique to start them on the freezer, then fridge and then slowly rising temperatures mimic the winter, I’ve done it with other kind of seeds, these didn’t work. Not even one germinated.
