I signed up for an online cheese tasting (you pay and they ship the cheese to you; the cheese tasting was then guided during a Zoom session). So I suddenly decided I needed a set of nice cheese knives for that. LOL The set was shipped in a nice box, so you could use this as a gift. Though I do seem to remember the inside of the box being dusty, which was odd, but I always wash utensils and such before using anyway. The knives worked pretty well. I picked this over other cheese knife options because it seemed like the handles on these would be a little longer. I did find the handles to be a decently comfortable length for using the knives. And they just are also nice looking knives, makes it all look more fancy. I also appreciated the included info on what type of cheese each knife should be used for. I never realized before that you actually should use a different knife for a hard cheese versus a soft cheese (just makes it easier to slice if you use the correct knife). I haven't used these a lot yet because I haven't been hosting much in the last couple years (gee thanks, covid). But I am hoping to be getting to show them off more at book club or other group events in the future.

The medium-size cheese knives have a good area of handle for gripping. They are light and nicely balanced so they don’t flip off the cheese board or serving plate. The blades work well for the cheeses (as advertised). The blades were very sharp and easily de-burred with a few swipes on a steel. They can be sharpened. This is the best set I’ve used in 30 years of cutting cheese. Boska appears to carry other good products.

These are a great quality, much better than expected! Beautiful, sturdy handles of a good length so they are easy to use. Bought these for a gift to go with a charcuterie board - ordered one to see what they were like and liked them so much ordered 3 more as gifts! Great buy, highly recommend!

I'm happy with the purchase but these blades are difficult to sharpen and do not take a sharp edge. That is something you should consider when purchasing. They are very easy to clean and are relatively effective in slicing cheese, less so for everything else I've tried.

Awesome addition to my kitchen. Love cheese and this makes it mush easier to cut the different types with the correct knife. Never realized how the right cheese knife could make a difference and they are really nice looking too !!

Very nice set, very giftable. I got these as a gift for myself because for some reason after years of entertaining I still don’t have any nice cheese knives. Im planning on giving this set to a few people for Christmas

Sturdy but lightweight knives for different types of cheese. They are an appropriate size and are easy to handle. The style with holes can be a bit tricky to wash but it's not bad. I only wish they came with some sort of storage case/sleeve.

These are beautiful and sturdy! Great tools! I would buy these again, and they would make a great gift.
