Great quality and comfortable. They WILL block out the blue light - entirely, it appears! Sometimes I have to remove them to really see what's on the TV screen, but they are effective in blocking out the blue. Comes with an adjustable strap, case, and cloths for cleaning. Very nice.

Blocks out a crazy amount of blue light. Instant eye relaxation after a full day of staring at a screen.But the first time I wore these, I made a mistake of wearing them too early in the day, and it altered my mood for the worse. Blue light affects mood regulation, so it's seriously best to wear these only after sunset.

I got the pink pair, very subtle but impressive pulling it out of the package. I previously bought a pair that I returned because the quality was less than expected but this pair exceeded my expectations. The quality of the frame is very sturdy. It came with a cleaning cloth and storage case as well as a lanyard, that were super handy to have. The previous pair I'd returned had none of these extras & just came in a box. I look at a computer all day at work and often at home so I expect to wear these every day. I'll come back to give an update if I have any news otherwise that these don't live up to expectations.
