So far this product has worked well for me. I feel like I am getting a good nights sleep with them. The pills did not leak in transit as some other brands tend to do. I think they are a good product at an affordable price.

I’ve purchased these a couple times now, and swear they are the best OTC sleep med I’ve tried. The only other thing that works for me is zolpidem, but I don’t like the side effects I typically experience from it. This stuff however offers me the same good sleep without any side effects, and has been reliable when I need it!

It works. It works too well. I was able to get to sleep after about 45 minutes from taking the pill. I slept pretty well throughout the night. All good! Them my alarm went off and I could not wake up. Took me a full hour to be able to function. It seemed to wear off at 10 hours from when I took it pill. That's my experience.

I got it yesterday from Amazon. I took one of the 50 milligram and I felt nothing for two or three hours I didn't get sleepy and then you know I just think I've wasted my money. Would I recommend it It depends on your body yourself if you get a good night sleep or not but me I've had it insomnia for years and I don't go to sleep easy. What I recommend it no if it's a slow act and is that I would not if this is stronger than Benadryl and I can take a Benadryl and puts me out but this right here does not so there must be something wrong there. Truly up to you if you buy it or not By the way I want to tell you whoever delivered that package thank you very much for putting it on my porch I appreciate it cuz I'm older and I have a bad time getting up to the mailbox appreciate it thank you so much.

Well, I give it five stars because it really works but if you look up the ingredients, it’s the same ingredient that’s in Benadryl and it says not to take it every day and I need something that I can take every day. I don’t have just periods of hard time going to sleep I have a hard time sleeping every single day and this says not to take it for long periods of time because it causes dependency cognitive issues brain fog the next day, etc. I have not found any of those things happening as of yet because I haven’t been taking it long enough to find out but the app on Amazon with the reviews and the information on it says it’s OK to take blah blah blah but if you look up the actual ingredient, it’s the same thing as in Benadryl and that is a no-no to take all the time so now what do I do cause this works really good and I don’t have any brain fog the next day I go right to sleep. It’s amazing.
