Have had the item for 1 month now. Was excited at first, until I realized it really doesn't hold as much as it advertises. Also as you can see from the pictures, you can only put a can of pop in the side pockets IF the bag is empty. If filled up, the side and front pocket are merely worthless unless you want to slide a pack of gum in there, because that's all it can hold. Also, as you can see from the pictures the bag is poorly insulated and only keeps items cold WITH 3 ice packs (see pic) for maybe 4 hours that's it, and the condensation from the ice packs caused the stains that you can see in the pictures which actually kind of looks gross to me or like I'm a sloppy person if someone were to see it in the lunch room. I have never had any leaks inside so I can confidently say the strange water stains in the picture are from the ice packs. What good is a cooler without ice packs or ice. For less than $20 you get what you pay for. I would recommend NOT buying this poorly constructed and falsely advertised product. I went to Wal-mart and purchased a good or Coleman lunch bag to replace this one, items stay cold all day! I cannot say much about the durability since I have only used it for a month, but the zipper is nice it opens both ways (2 zippers) the strap is nice but feels weird carrying in the "mailbag" position. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Product *by Z***N on July 29, 2018* This lunch bag is perfect for school and work and even for picnics. I used it for picnic and it can store quite a lot of things. It is very convenient compare to other lunch bags because it provides a great amount of space and has two mesh side pockets for drinks. Also, it is very easy for you to clean this lunch bag. You can just simply wipe it. Overall, it is a great product.
