Aromatic bath salts that cut down on muscle aches well
This is by far my favorite bath salt! The magnesium with the arnica helps so much when I’ve got aching muscles. I rock climb and this packs a nice punch on days when I go hard and just want to relax. And the smell? Divine! The aroma fills the bathroom and it’s so pleasant. I now have it on subscription and it’s a fraction of the cost of bath home but feels just as luxurious.

Truly does the trick! I use this in several ways. I love to use this after a long day or when I'm on my period and am sore. It really helps in a nice warm bath. I've used this as an exfoliator in a body scrub and it softness my skin nicely. I highly recommend!

Gifted and she likes it!
Bought as a gift for my sisters birthday and she was excited to try it. Said she hasn't seen it in the big-box store and told her it is on Amazon. I wish I could try it but it has Arnica (weed family and I'm allergic to weeds) in it. Doesn't resolve medical issues however it does relax her and temporarily relief for swelling legs when soaking in the bath.

This is great! Arnica helps with inflammation, swelling and bruises! A great combination for healing, soreness and/or pain 👌smells wonderful (a little strong if you have a sensitive nose!)

Works great and the smell is amazing
My son has had such great luck with this Dr Teal’s Epsom Salt. I put some warm water in a small foot tub with about a cup of salt and he soaks his foot after baseball. He soaks 2-3 times a week and has already seen a significant amount of relief. I’m so happy to have found this product for him. The smell is amazing as well.

Soothing and relaxing
This is great for relaxation and soothing muscles. I sleep so well the nights I use it. However, the scent can be a bit strong - recommend having good ventilation in your bathroom when using it.

I love soaking in a hot bath with this Epson salt. It smells amazing and is so relaxing. Highly recommend.
