I was better able to process my thoughts quickly too, so i felt like I could diplomatically avoid stressful situations at home with the right words. That was the first day though, and I didn't get the same effect from the following days. The effect though was really jittery; I felt like I was getting a lot done, but in hindsight, I don't see any major gains in my output.Instead, these pills dehydrated me like crazy! I was constantly taking on fluids and subsequently getting up to go to the toilet all the time, breaking the concentration I got these to help with! When I came off these after five working days on them, I became really gassy and constipated, which was an awful feeling. I also had a big 'crash' from all the caffeine and taurine in these, which left me really irritable, which isn't what I wanted on the precious weekends I have with my family!Lastly though, these get one star for me because of the size. These were massive for me (1p piece included in the photo for scale) and the gel cap was not coated to be super slippy like others. The first one I tried got stuck in my throat and led to several minutes panicking in the bathroom, retching up the saliva I was desperately swallowing but unable to because of the blockage. Luckily, it went down. I swallowed the rest with a teaspoon of olive oil the remaining days, but then got through loads of olive oil! I tried emptying the contents out and swallowing only the powder, but that's difficult too as it contains black pepper.Lastly, the serving size seems really odd. For every 1kg of body weight, the body produces 1mg of Taurine, so why has this got 50mg of taurine per capsule? Seems really excessive.Anyway, I read the marketing blurb, didn't do any other research and tried them out. I usually take 1 pill instead of the recommended 2, but these make me focus and concentrate so effectively, I work the whole day without getting distracted (my mild ADD brain wonders off everywhere every 10mins!).
