The “triple action” formula seems to make a difference, it doesn’t just soothe instantly but helps prevent dryness from coming back too fast. I also appreciate the multi-dose bottle design. You get the convenience of a regular bottle without worrying about preservatives, which is hard to find. The drops come out easily and consistently, and the bottle feels clean and well-designed. The 2-pack is a great value too, I keep one at home and one in my bag. Overall, if you deal with dry eye, screen fatigue, or irritation, these are absolutely worth trying. I bought these because my eye doctor recommended the brand and the Systane website ranked these as some of their best. I really like the bottle because I can just focus on the blue dot and not miss my eye. So, easy to use.I feel like I have to moisturize less using these cuz they're hydrating. Very effective I guess you could say. They feel fine, zero burn. Big bottle with plenty of drops. Only downside is my eyes can be a bit crusty after multiple uses.

For me, right after applying the drops, my vision gets slightly blurry for the first few minutes. It clears up on its own, but it’s something to plan around, especially if you need to look at a screen or drive right away. Another minor issue is the bottle design. Some bottles don’t open smoothly, and when squeezing, it’s easy to dispense more drops than intended. That can be wasteful, especially for a product that isn’t cheap. These feel more substantial than basic artificial tears. They don’t just coat the eye briefly; the relief lasts a reasonable amount of time. Because of the preservative-free formula, I feel comfortable using them regularly, which helps justify the price, though I do wish the value for money were slightly better given the packaging issues.

This product is effective and it does help. But the design of the bottle isn't great. I miss my eyes, even though I try and position the blue dot correctly, and the pressure required to dispense a drop makes too much come out. But it does help my dry eyes, and I can use it fewer times a day than other Systane drops.

My eyes are usually dry and I think this works for me very well. When comparing to other brands, this item is a good deal. Non-greasy and no skin irritation for me.
