Does this work in a slushie machine?

Yes but be prepared to add lots of water. The brix rating on this is 30+. You need a brix of about 12-15 to slush. I added 2 cups of mix and 4 cups water with .5 cups rum. It worked well.

What is the shelf life on daily strawberry mix?

In long time. I've had mine for over a year and then used it and it was fine. I put in frig after I open and still get another year out of. Great mix!!

You can add vodka to the product if you like.
