I Love this fire globe so much! As in the other reviews it does come quite rusted, but the detail on it is superb.I sanded it down where it was smooth. Then I applied 4 coats of Black Krylon High Heat Max Spray Paimt that I purchased from Amazon.You will not regret this purchase!

This item was pretty much as expected and we enjoy using it. The only thing I have an issue with is that it is never mentioned in the promotional info. that you should not pour water on it to put out any fire, it suggests you use a fire blanket. This is on a label attached to it when you get it. The item is metal so it may distort if you pour water on hot metal, but this is not something people think about when purchasing it. I still put a small amount of water on it with a watering can to distribute water evenly in a low flow way when I am done with the fire, and have not had a problem so far. I am not one of those idiots that leaves a fire burning and walk away. Who has a fire blanket lying around? Purchase this with that issue in mind.

Honestly this is my favorite possession! I needed to write a review for anyone considering it. My 11 year old and I put it together. It is HEAVY, but easy to assemble. So much warmth comes out of it. Definitely a crowd pleaser. I get so many compliments! I took sort of an aerial shot to show you how big the XL is. It looks like a fireball from our deck! I'm going to purchase another one for my grandpa who is impossible to shop for because he has everything. Don't hesitate. Just buy it. You won't regret it.

This is really a very cool product. The pictures show the size in relation to the chairs and my little barn. Shipping was good and assembly is easy and is really a conversation piece and well worth the money spent. The steel is about 1/8th inch thick it will last a long time.

The media could not be loaded.  Absolutely love this....FYI:..my hubby sanded it with an angle grinder with a wire wheel to the bare metal and added multiple coats with high heat paint to make it black. Also built a grate for wood to sit on. Still all the work from the manufacturer is exceptional. Enjoying it!

This is really cool, it looks great a night with a fire in it, during the day it looks like a piece of art in the yard. It is rusty, so if that isn't what you are looking for try something else. We went with the larger size which I kept going back and forth on since it was so much more, but I'm happy I did it looks great.

Looks great at first, but in less than two years with minimal use the entire bottom frame/base rusted out and the top section collapsed.
