But, the directions tell me to coat the pan with my favorite non-stick cooking spray... ah, no way. The description says this is a 3-piece set. I received a pot with a lid. Not that this was the deal breaker. The deal breaker came after cooking eggs without the non-stick spray and full recognition of the cleaning project to come. I will be returning this pan. I made an error in not reading carefully that it NOT a non-stick pan, but a non-scratch surface pan. I must say the pan is mighty heavy and well made, just not what I was looking for. Review: Disceptive claims/Terrible return policy - I bought the 10 inch skillet with a lid. The product Did Not perform as advertised and therefore, I believe defective. After 3 tries, with the same subpar results, I asked for a refund. They finally agreed to that, bit I had to pay shipping. Guess what? It was sent to a Goodwill. Shipping cost me $92 plus packaging as I no longer had the original box. Do Not Buy unless you have tried cooking in one a friend might have.
