Ideal athlete hydration!!!
I cannot say enough about this product. As the mother of a very active and athletic family, we have struggled to find the right hydration balancing supplement...particularly in the Texas heat of Summer. We have tried it all, and nothing has quenched our pre and post workout hydration needs as much as ksptabs. A very scary and pricey trip to the ER a few summers ago with our junior golfer due to hydration prioritized finding the best on the market to prevent a repeat. Ksptabs does it for us! Love the product! Love the taste!

They work but expensive
I actually like how they don't have a lot of flavor. I let mine dissolve but notice the strong salty flavor near the bottom of the glass. I also spin my water to help but still strong salty flavor. Ok but expense.

my orology doctor prescribe me this to drink at list once a day to help my urine citric acid was low after taking this is all normal i will continue taking this always

This product has been a lifesaver for me! I suffered from chronic kidney stones which was just debilitating. My doctor recommended I try the KSPtabs. The tablets make it so much easier to drink water and I have found that not only do I drink a lot more water, I actually crave it. Most importantly, I have been kidney stone free for over a year now. I highly recommend this product to anyone with kidney stone issues!

Not Helpful
I took the tablets with a hope of more a alkaline urine to keep kidney stones at bay or eliminate them. Sadly many glasses a day didn't change my urine PH, still stuck at 5.5 (acid) over weeks of use. End of experiment.

Best product I've found to aide in hydration
Love this product! I run, bike, swim and play soccer and I've been taking them for the past six months to help with hydration.
