This thing is a tank! Just what I needed to lift the missus up from her occasional tumbles. You will need some space to store it because it’s not a small device, but that’s the trade off for a sturdy piece of gear. Well worth the investment.

This thing is amazing. Bought it to get spouse off the floor after a fall. I ended up using it throughout the day to move spouse from lazy boy to bathroom and also the shower. I would recommend this model as the wheels swivel easily for turns and moving around. Well worth the money!

So glad we had this device.

Purchased in Aug-2025 ahead of November surgery. By December, the rubber on the wheels had completely disintegrated. By January (after two months of use), the two welds securing the vertical rails that hold the seat while it goes up and down are broken. And now Super Handy isn’t responding to my requests for support. **edit**SuperHandy offering warranty replacement

Manoeuvres better than a wheelchair. The 360 degree wheels makes going around tight corners easy. My 5 foot, 90 year old mom is able to push my 90 year old dad from room to room. My only complaint/recommendation is lack of seat & back cushioning. My dad uses the chair lift for meals at the dining table. Maybe you can develop an accessory.

Works very well, happy with this purchase. Points of note: does require some minimal cooperation from subject, would take two helpers to use this with unresponsive person; needs room to manoeuvre into position, no help at all if someone collapses on stairs or in bath; can be used to lift yourself if you can wriggle/crawl over to it.

Je suis très contente de mon achat. Équipement très robuste et de qualité. Un peu encombrant mais pour supporter jusqu'à 227 kg, il le faut. Je me sens sécurisée et heureuse de pouvoir être autonome pour me relever du sol lorsque je tombe à cause d'une maladie musculaire. Je peux également, si besoin, accomplir des tâches au sol ou très bas en sachant que l'appareil pourra me relever à la bonne hauteur. Montage facile malgré que ce soit un peu dur de visser les boulons car peu d'espace pour faire tourner la clé. Facile à déplacer malgré le poids. La télécommande magnétique est très pratique ! Je peux recommander cet appareil à toutes les personnes qui ont des difficultés pour se relever, faire des transferts... Je recommande cet appareil
