I would give this three and a half stars. I was looking for something a bit more intense and this is pretty gentle. However this does apply some pressure and will work until I can find another firmer mat.

I use against my back after yard work & my cat likes to chew on it for some odd reason...

I absolutely love it! I keep it in the bathroom near the sink to start my every morning with right pressure on my feet. Besides, whenever I go take a shower I put the pad inside the shower room to protect my feet from icy cold floor in there. I might need a harder pad in the future but so far this one works just fine for my untrained and pampered feet. So thank you for the affordable yet efficient product!

I tried to give it five stars, but the one star wouldn’t light up This is the one! The nodes are firm enough to trigger muscles in the legs and the mat has enough cushion to provide comfort while stepping up and down

I purchased this mat because of a recommendation from a cookbook author. It is easy to add to your morning routine. I placed it in the bathroom, beneath the sink and stand on it while I am getting ready for the day. It feels great on your feet!

Love it at my standing desk. Easy for use at home and in office

Amazed with quality. Only thing missing is choice of mats in sizes and stone arrangements . There should be uniform stone arrangements as well. This mat has very small stones, which infact does not help so much. I would be interested if there can be custom option to order, based on requirements 🙏🏼

If you suffer from plantar fasciitis, especially tension on the ball of the foot, listen to this: ​A few years ago, while on holiday in Dorset, I went for a long walk barefoot on a pebble beach. To my amazement, my plantar fasciitis resolved itself within 48 hours. It felt like a miracle. Recently, I developed it again (lasting 6 weeks this time) after using the wrong trainers for jogging. I was in so much pain that I was actually about to go to B&Q to buy a bag of smooth pebbles to try and recreate that Dorset beach texture at home! ​Then I found this mat. ​A word of advice: It takes a few attempts before it becomes comfortable to use. At first, it might feel quite intense, but stick with it! I’ve had it for 48 hours now and the pain is almost entirely gone. I use it for just 5 minutes in the morning and again before bed. It mimics that natural pebble pressure perfectly and releases the tension in the fascia almost instantly. ​If you are struggling with foot pain, get this mat. It is a miracle cure and I swear by it. It saved me a trip to the hardware store and, more importantly, it saved my feet!
