Tastes great easy to use
It tastes like it says what it does. I've not had the water tested to see if it holds up to it's claims. However I've seen quite a lot of review videos and it seems to be above the average apart from a few claiming aluminium albeit they say it's to do with the medium that filters out fluoride. I'm well impressed at the moment as I'm doing the best I can in rented accommodation. I've a tap filter and then put that filtered water into this and I have to say it does taste good !

Poor customer service
Replacement equipment, including filters and water stones, are no longer available on Amazon, making it impossible to maintain or use the system as intended.The filtration system is not performing efficiently as described. The filtered water has an unpleasant smell and does not taste well, despite following the maintenance instructions and cleaning the system as outlined in the provided leaflet.

Fresh Alkaline Water - eventually!
When this arrived I followed the cleaning instructions for first use, but the water didn't taste very nice and had a white cloudy sediment at the bottom of the drum. I had to empty and repeat the process 4 times before the water finally looked and tasted fresh.Now I am very happy with it! It produces fresh tasting Alkaline Water, which I decant into glass bottles daily and store in the fridge. I would have preferred it if the storage drums weren't made of plastic but I suppose it would have been too heavy if it was made of glass.Please note this is a large water purifier so make sure you have the room for it - I keep mine in the utility room next to the sink so I can refill it easily
