Wow! Love the peppery taste of this oil! We started taking shots of this oil once a day due to the phenol count. Love that this is independently tested and has the phenol count it claims. We were looking for the health benefits that come with taking EVOO shots. It’s a bit early to tell but we shall see! The oil is a beautiful, transparent golden color. Each pour has been pure with no sediment or foreign materials. The smell is pure olive and pepper, very earthy. We won’t be cooking with this one but easily could. It is a bit pricey for the quantity, however, quality over quantity. We would definitely repurchase!

I use another great brand olive oil for my salads etc. but this one I take by spoonfuls due to its xtra benefits. Fabulous taste and bar none , the best quality olive oil I’ve ever tasted . I decided to do the subscribe and save cause I’m saving a few bucks and I’d like to have it regularly.

I have to admit that it does taste awful. Just to be clear it is NOT rancid or bad. It is suppose to taste bitter and have a peppery taste in the back of your throat that may make you cough a couple of times. That's when you know that you got the real deal. I have purchased 7 bottles of this so far four for myself and 3 for family members. I had read up on it and all of the health benefits and decided to give it a whirl. I took 2 Tablespoons everyday for 10 days when I realized that I was walking with very little pain. I had suffered a bad injury in my back and hips and down the outside of my thighs. It had been about 3 years since it happened. I tried everything to no avail. There are days that it still bothers me when I have been doing a lot of weight bearing activities but I fair out so much better than I was and recovery time is much quicker. I shared it with my family members who have back, disk, hip and other pain. They took it for about 10 days the same way (2 Tablespoons each day) and both of them could golf all day without pain. I am not saying it is a miracle cure but it sure does make things better. I am on my 3rd bottle now and I will continue to take it for as long as they make it. As far as value for the money I absolutely think it is worth it. It is so much better than any kind of prescription drugs. It is high quality! It is good for so many things, heart, blood sugar, blood pressure and a host of other things. The calories in it are worth it. It helps with satiety and where it helps with blood sugar it keeps me fuller and more satisfied without eating empty calories of junk food and sugar. The real perk of the whole thing is feeling more flexible to be able to walk better. I use to take it for granted that I could walk six miles after being on my feet all day at work and now I am thrilled to just be able to get up and move without a lot of pain.
