Good product but appeared open on delivery

I had a very unpleasant experience with this product. Shortly after using it, I developed an allergic reaction. In the initial stage, my skin became extremely itchy, and small red spots appeared. I suffered from these symptoms for about a month before fully recovering. I am highly disappointed with the product’s quality and would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed promptly.

Ok this stuff is absolutely 💯 awesome! I have aging skin, with sun damage. My hands are especially dry due to midwest winters, and excessive hand washing. I've tried it just on my hands, and immediately a HUGE difference WOW!! Not greasy, absorbs quickly, and a single pump is a generous amount. It lasted all day too! It has a lovely soft floral smell, lavender leaning. Can't wait to try after shower. Fast ship as promised too!

This lotion has become part of my everyday routine. It absorbs quickly and keeps my skin feeling soft, smooth, and well hydrated throughout the day. I really like the lightweight texture and how it doesn’t feel greasy after applying. It works well as a daily moisturizer and layers nicely under clothing. That said, while my skin feels smoother to the touch, I have not noticed any visible smoothing of cellulite or major skin texture changes. For me, it works best as a moisturizing lotion rather than a treatment product. Overall, it’s a good everyday body lotion that provides lasting hydration, just don’t expect dramatic results.
