My chemo lasts for two hours. I needed to buy four sets of these. They do work well they hold the cold for upwards to a half an hour. They are easy to slip on and swap out. I believe they hold their cold because they’re thicker than another brand I bought. The other brand had swap out coat pads and they just didn’t hold the cold long enough. These worked really well and are very cold. The only problem is that you have to buy so many pairs, but that’s because my chemo lasts so long.
