The mova K30 wet and dry vacuum has been very good to us so far. I have used it for every room in the house so far and I’m very impressed with its capabilities at the price point and the size of the vacuum. It’s lightweight and compact. Can fit under small spaces with its lay flat capabilities and it can completely obliterate both stains, and crumbs with ease. This vacuum helped me immediately throw away my old clunky vacuum and I couldn’t be happier.

Amazing device. I have back issues and this makes cleaning the floors so easy. It works great and is very easy to clean!!! I recommend this especially if you have pain and mobility issues. Very easy to handle, it's slightly self propelled, it moves and turns smoothly. It will lay almost flat so getting under tables and cabinets is easy. It makes cleaning floors fast and easy. More than halves the cleaning time.

Update: Tina from customer support reached out and followed up with my service request to make sure there was prompt resolution! She got approval to issue a refund on the vacuum, which I really appreciated since I couldn’t return it to Amazon anymore. UPDATE: Shortly after my review of their customer service, they offered to send a replacement of the broken lid for the water tank and a credit for toward the purchase of a replacement. My vacuum is working again and I am happy with their follow up! I purchased this unit about 6 months ago and it worked well until the handle on the water container broke. I cannot remove the lid to dump out the dirty water, so the entire unit is not functional. I reached out to their customer service and it’s been more than one month without any resolution. I have sent video, photos, receipt of order purchase only to receive an email response twice: I would like to inform you that your request has been escalated to our advanced team, and you may anticipate a response at the earliest opportunity. I would NOT recommend buying this brand because of the lack of customer service.

In less than a year it stopped running. I changed the filters and then sent it in. This took almost 2 months to get back and after receiving it “fixed” it didn’t even turn on. When docked it says it was charging and then shut off again. I’ve been trying to get help for this issue the last few months and MOVA has been delaying and saying it’s being escalated with no real solution or reason for it not working. I wanted to love this product but after this experience I can’t recommend this vacuum. It may be better to invest in a better product or brand.

Upfront disclosure - I received this item due to my participation in the Amazon Vine program. While the item itself was free, the value of the item is considered "taxable income", which means I end up paying roughly 25% of the cost of the item. At the time of purchase, this floor cleaner was $500 and at the time of writing this review it is priced at $340. -- I was pleasantly surprised with how well this floor cleaner works. It scrubs well enough to clean a very dirty floor while still being quick enough for small messes. The assembly was very easy, only taking 10 minutes or so overall. The ergonomics are great, it's well balanced and easy to maneuver around furniture. The battery is large enough to handle all of the hard floors we have in the house, but the water tank needs to be emptied/refilled about halfway through. I haven't run the battery all the way out yet, but it seems like the battery will last 2 entire water tanks (maybe more) before having to be recharged. The charging station is nice and I like the self-cleaning a lot. The cleaning process is pretty loud but we keep it in the laundry room, and it's not any louder than if we had the washer or dryer running. The voice that tells you what mode your in is pretty loud, but there is a volume button on the back of the unit that can quiet her down and even turn her off completely if you're so inclined. I am always a fan whenever companies think to include integrated volume control. It handles hard wood very well, but it doesn't do as well on tile. The scrubbing head doesn't get down into the grout lines very well and it takes some back-and-forth if you want to really get into the cracks. The manual recommends that you only use the floor cleaner that is sold by the manufacturer, but I don't think that's truly necessary. I see no reason that a standard hardwood solution that's made for cleaning machines wouldn't work, and that's what I'll be going with once I run out of the provided solution. They do provide enough solution for 50 tanks of cleaning though, so that's a nice touch (500ml bottle, 10ml used per tank). With the amount of hard floors in our house, the provided bottle should last us 25 full mops. I gave it 4 stars simply because I don't think it's worth the $500 price tag. It *might* be worth the current $340 price tag- it has significantly reduced the amount of time it takes to care for our floors. It's nice that it has a charging base and is ready whenever we need it without fussing with batteries or making sure we have a cleaning solution ready to go. We have a kid, so having the ability to quickly clean up a mess is a pretty massive benefit.

When you start getting into the Wet/Dry Vacuum world, what is good enough? I explored this phenomenon of high priced vs mid-entry level wet dry vaca with the Mova K30 and I think you’ll find my results surprising. It only took one pass to clean ketchup and mayo with an extra pass for good measure. Sure for those hard stains it may take a couple additional passes depending on how deep/dry the stain is and types of staining but for most people I think the Mova K30 gets the job done at an affordable price point.

Didn’t work

This is the easiest way to vacuum and clean my floors ever! It has cut my cleaning time in half. But best of all my floors are super clean. My whole house is hardwood and tile which before the Mova it took so long to clean and my floors never looked clean. Now they are!
