Am really impressed with this brand. I earlier bought Magnesium supplement of the said company & found it to be really effective. This multivitamin for women is really good & the results/effect on the body start appearing in couple of days. A 90 days course at a stretch is recommended followed by break of 60 days.

On my 3rd bottle, tried long enough but that synthetic fishy smell gives an after taste you can’t get over. The results don’t seem as effective either. Very mid level performance.

Not at all worth it! Others are way better with better nutrition... its made for women but doesn't even complete half of daily iron requirement in women, and prescribed two tablets per day for such overhyped prices... only selling point is omega so I would rather buy a multivitamin and an omega supplement rather than waste money again on this junk.
