I asked Chat GPT to help me formulate a pre workout with the best ingredient combination possible (excluding caffeine and anything else that causes a crash). Once it gave me the ingredient list, I started adding all the ingredients to my cart in Amazon individually, but it was A LOT. So instead, I asked it if there were any products on the market that already included all of the ingredients. Genius was the only brand that came even close to having most of the ingredients. I was previously taking Gold Standard Pre Workout and the crashes were HORRIBLE (even only taking half a scoop). The crashes legitimately made me suicidal and gave me horrible anxiety. Gold Standard DID improve my workouts, but NOTHING like Genius. I am 35 y/o and have been really struggling with my workouts lately. The last time I can remember feeling as good during a workout as I do with Genius Pre was when I was 23. I was able to push myself hard and I felt like my body had WAY more stamina. After my workout, I felt seriously euphoric. I don't normally go out of my way to leave product reviews, but I had such a good experience that I wanted to this time. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Works as advertised and more. No jittery feeling or rush. Just natural and balanced.

Kind of clumpy but good taste

I'm not the biggest fan of caffeine free pre-workouts, but I had to make a change when my mom made me stop taking high stimulant pre-workouts. Overall, I'd say it's pretty good, especially regarding the simple ingredients. I mixed it with 10fl of water, shook it up, and started drinking it. It easily mixed in with my water, and it tasted pretty good. It's not the taste I would typically hope for, but for having really good ingredients, I'd say it's worth it. It dissolved a LOT better than my old pre-workout and it had a pleasant smell. As of how it works in an actual weightlifting workout, I'd say it performs as expected. It definitely doesn't give the high energy effect of my old pre-workout, but it's a lot better than nothing.

The last few times this product has arrived it is very lumpy. It is like something is wrong with the packaging and moisture is getting in.

Delivered a day ago … dried out and chunky. Unfortunately I ordered two and both are like this .. like scraping at sand. What a waste of cash.

This prework out has everything i need and want. It also does not contain harmful or unnecessary ingredients. I really enjoy the taste and the effects. I usually only take half a scoop so it lasts a long time! Just be careful not to spill it on yourself as it can make your skin really itchy haha. I love this pre workout and all the nutropics it has, specially the colline. I even take it sometimes after a mentally xhallenging day at work because of all the amazing ingredients that are good for your brain. I absolutely reccoment it to all my friends and family :)

Excellent product to take before working out. Great taste, dissolves easily and gives you a little kick start without making you jittery
