I got this camera to have something better than my phone for photos and videos, and it honestly surprised me. I wasn’t expecting much at this price point, but wow—this camera really surprised me. The 4K/5K video is sharp, photos come out clear and colorful, and it even comes with a ton of extras (64GB card, card reader, extra lenses). Super handy that it has both front and rear cameras—makes filming YouTube videos and selfies so much easier. WiFi connection is quick, so I can transfer files straight to my phone without messing with cables. TLDR: My $200 Motorola phone has a better camera than this full fledged "professional" digital camera. Negatives: 1. The camera says it has "18 times digital zoom". What it actually has is 18 zoom modes that increase the image size by ~1% while also making images more blurry. 2. The camera has a serious problem focusing even on close objects and any motion will cause major blur with no REAL options to correct this. 3. Image quality does Not appear "4k" (it looks 720p at best due to artficating). 4. Camera screen is tiny so it's hard to even see what pictures you're taking. 5. Camera is flimsy, latches barely function, and I feel I could easily crush it in one hand on accident. 6. Attachable zoom lens doesn't provides any real tangible zoom and feels like it is just normal glass. 7. Battery charger is flimsy and doesn't have appropriate means to secure the batteries so incorrect or damaging charging or discharging would be possible. 8. The chargeable ion batteries seems shorter than those made in the West. This is typically a removal of a safety chip. That means there is a possible risk of battery explosion due to things like moisture exposure *if* that is the case. Do not buy. Thankfully I was able to return it.

Love this camera good for starters good price takes quality pictures and gets the job done.

Comes with two batteries, one SIM card (have to go into setting after inserting it to reset for it to read that it has been inserted, just look as manual and it tells you that), battery charger, lens cloth, adapter, additional lens and lens covers, and user manual. Sturdy material, the speed to take picture takes a second to take but might can fix that in setting but haven’t figured that out. Doesn’t autofocus but you can slightly hold the shutter button and it’ll focus and push it all the way for it to take picture. Good quality pictures for a cheap camera once you adjust settings and modes. Not a professional camera by no means but great for random pictures or vacation photos.

Bought this for my daughter so she can take better pics than the small grainy digital camera she had wanted originally. With school banning the usage of phones, she felt gipped out of capruting moments. So I got her a small digital camera that I regretted because it made pictures look horrible, but didn't realize it till MUCH later. So for Christmas I purchased her a better camera, this camera. She used it for the first time for a trip, and when she went on to her computer to download her pictures. She was astonished at how much detail was in the picture, how clear it was and everything. She and I were playing with it after she got it and she was amazed it had old style features (black and white, yellowing, etc). She could also do selfies with it and record selfies and other various things. She hasn't picked up her old digital camera since getting this one. I am happy that she is happy with it. Now she can capture her happy moments at school and field trips and other ventures she does.

This is a very good camera for beginners to learn about the basics of photography 📸. Easy to use, affordable, and durable!

Settings issue was resolved and camera is working fine. Image quality is impeccable. Had issues with settings but seller was extremely helpful.
