Very happy with my Carrier AC purchase. The cooling is super fast, and the room gets chilled within a few minutes. It runs smoothly with low noise, which makes it perfect for night use. The energy efficiency is also impressive, and the build quality feels premium. Overall, a great AC with excellent performance and value for money.

I am writing this review after 7 months , so that i can share my True experiance to help the buyers . I absolutely recommend this AC. The performance is stunning. My bedroom is about 300 sq ft. * Faster cooling * Fan speed is equivalent to any normal ceiling fan; no need to power on both AC and fan at the same time. * You can switch off after 15 minutes, and the temp remains cool for a longer period, with no burden on electricity consumption.

I purchased the Carrier 1.5 Ton 3 Star Flexicool Inverter Split AC from Amazon, expecting a reliable product and service from Carrier Global. Instead, this turned into one of the worst purchase experiences I’ve ever had. What Happened Day 1 – Delivery The AC was delivered normally. Day 2 – Installation A Carrier technician came for installation. The AC was installed on the wall. When the technician tried to start the AC for demo, we discovered that the blower inside the indoor unit was broken and the AC was completely non-functional. So basically, a defective AC was installed in my house. I refused to accept the unit and asked for replacement. The technician assured me the AC would be replaced, but said I must pay installation charges first to close the request so the replacement request could be generated. Trusting their statement, I paid the installation charges. What Happened After Payment This is where the real problem started. • No replacement request was generated • Carrier refused replacement and said they would only replace the part • Amazon also initially refused replacement Then Amazon suggested returning the product instead of replacing it. Before placing the return request, I confirmed three things with Amazon: 1. AC will be uninstalled 2. Installation charges will be refunded 3. Product amount will be refunded Amazon support agreed to everything, so I created the return request. The Next Problem After placing the return request: • No one came for uninstallation • Carrier said they will not uninstall unless I pay again • Amazon suddenly changed their statement and refused to refund installation charges So now I was stuck with: • A defective AC installed on my wall • No replacement • No return • No refund Hours of Calls and No Solution For 3 days I spent hours on calls with Amazon and Carrier support. At one point I even connected both Amazon and Carrier representatives on the same call, and instead of solving the problem they started arguing with each other about policies. Meanwhile the customer (me) was left completely helpless. Only After Consumer Complaint Threat Finally I informed them that I would file a consumer complaint. Suddenly things started moving. The next day Carrier finally sent a technician to uninstall the AC and the refund process started. So basically the issue only moved forward after threatening legal action. Final Verdict This experience shows serious problems in after-sales service and coordination between Amazon and Carrier. Customers should not have to: • Receive defective products • Pay installation charges for faulty units • Spend hours on calls • Threaten consumer court complaints just to resolve a simple issue. ⚠️ If you are buying this AC online, be very careful. If something goes wrong, the support process can become extremely frustrating. Very disappointed with both Amazon and Carrier service.

Actually, I was a bit confused initially about whether to buy a 3-star or 5-star AC. I ordered this 5-star model purely based on my trust in Carrier, as I have been using a Carrier AC since 2020 and its overall performance has been excellent, even without much maintenance. That’s the main reason I chose to buy another Carrier AC, and I also got a good discount on this 5-star model. This AC provides instant cooling, and the airflow is excellent. It cools the room within 3–5 minutes. Just go for it — the installation process was also very quick. I haven’t seen such great service from Carrier before. Don’t think twice before buying a Carrier AC.

As always career is best for soothing coolness..look wise also good. Go for it. Its best for a big size bed room or living room
