Excellent germination
Great for cover crop and pollinators. Working on improving soil fertility in my sandy garden area and planted this in early spring. Excellent germination. The bees love it. Grew tall and fast. Can't ask for better. I will definitely buy this brand again.

buckwheat for church garden
Nice product; sprouting well. Using it as a cover crop and to replenish poor soil.

Didn’t germinate (not it’s fault)
Now let me preface this by saying Mother Nature didn’t do me any favors here but this seed did not perform at all. I prepared the area by spraying glyphosate, waited two weeks to achieve total kill-off and then seeded during a light rain. Packed the seed down with my mower tires the best I could. What screwed me was the weather man. He decided to change his mind from low of 50 degrees to low of 30-33 degrees for two nights straight and boy did that seed not care for that too much! You can’t trust a weather man or a politician.

Over-priced and Over Rated
You're paying more for the packaging than anything. We found the same seeds for $1.65 per pound. Fine product, just WAY overpriced

Quick germination rate
I haphazardly spread these seeds into a garden bed I’m trying to revive as cover crop. Within 4 days the seeds were sprouting and looks like pretty up every single one came up. The soil is abysmal to start and I mixed in some left over compost to at least get something in there to help things along. But that’s all I did other than giving the soil a good drench.
