I take it at knight and works great. Excellent for relaxation and helps with sleep.

This has really helped me with my mental faculties. I wish it came in smaller capsules as I can't swallow them easily.

I'm writing this a year after I purchased it. This works well for the first days but, I only took one pill a day. Very quickly like into a week, I notice it is working a bit too well to the point where I'm having unwanted thoughts, probably elevated Serotonin, and too much overthinking being used on the wrong things. So, it is way too strong for me. This product needs a new version of itself with more lighter doses of some ingredients. Also, what is going on with the Vitamin D? First thing I would do is lowering that Vitamin D. 125mcg should be enough. Fat-Soluble Vitamins shouldn't be taken in mega doses every day. Next, the Huperzine A. 50-100mcg is good. 200mcg is ok. Anything more than that and I feel like I have a lot of acetylcholine in my system with the side-effects. Finally, I notice all of these ingredients combined can definitely increase Serotonin. A bit too well to the point where that also builds up in the body and causes side-effects. I learned L-Tyrosine, Riboflavin, L-Leucine, or L-Lysine could probably help with that. I don't think I'll buy this product again though.

PLEASE LOOK AT THE NUTRITIONAL LABEL!!! I have no idea why, and was not aware of the high vitamin D intake on this. That is a huge overdose, please be wary! I would like to know why they put that much vitamin D intake this.

Having used this item and others (creatine, glycine, MSM, collagen peptides, D-Ribose) for about 2 weeks, I am quite surprised to note a significant weight loss. I am delighted that this formulary is quite comprehensive in light of fairly recent research on mentality. Hopefully, the claimed formulary is chemically accurate as tested. I have not experienced any adverse effects from using this product. I am male, 77 yrs young.

I usually use a product for at least a month before evaluating. I have been using this only five days, and I am already seeing improvement. I feel like my brain is waking up! Amazon offers many choices; it's easy to compare products. I like that. I started out doing a little research on Google, and it discussed the issue of oxygen to the brain. It made sense. So, I came to Amazon to compare formulas. I will continue to follow up with this product. This product increases oxygen to the brain.
