The basic operation and video quality is good. However, I own two units of which the first failed within 1 year and the second unit failed in less than 3 months, which is outside the return date limit. These Body Cams are not worth your money, buy a Body Cam from a different Manufacturer. :-(

Happy with the purchase camera working fine all brand new condition. Showed up and delivered within time frame perfectly also.

This is a fantastic product. It works amazingly. It’s simple to figure out how to use it & the screen and picture quality works great. The only crappy thing is you can’t delete recorded footage off the device itself.

This is the second bodycam I've tried. The previous one was very light and discrete but was cheaply built and had flawed firmware. This Campro is of professional quality but is also too heavy to clip on a t-shirt and is not discrete. You will look like a security guard when you wear it. You can turn off the record light but at night the two IR lights will still glow red. I wish there was a middle ground, like there is with dash cams, but there's not. I scoured the market. This camera or any one like it is probably not going to be too useful for you without the dramatically marked-up $50 magnetic body mount. The only other options are a belt or something like a daypack strap with a loop. The only options the camera doesn't have are motion detection and a way to turn off the loud chime that sounds when you turn it on. It does have GPS. The manual is a little hard to understand. I spent about ten minutes trying to set the time and date. Eventually, I figured out that you exit setup menus with a short press on the power button. I've been using this for three days and so far no issues at all, other than not having a good way to attach it to my clothes. The external charging dock is a nice feature and battery life has been fine. Sometimes it seems a little eager to switch to IR mode but leaving this setting on automatic is probably better than forgetting to turn it on after dark.

So, I just received this camera today, and after one day's use I can say it is very well built and very easy to use. It is packed with features that I really like. My biggest gripe is that when I plug it into the dock, which is connected to my laptop, at least three times today, my laptop kept connecting and disconnecting from it. When I took it off the base each time, I still had the PC connection image on the display. While I was able to fix this with pressing the reset button, that's going to get real old real quick, and if it screws up when I'm trying to upload videos or images to my laptop, I'm worried I will have issues with data loss. Come on guys, this is a great camera. Y'all need to fix this. (UPDATE) So, I have yet again had to hit the reset button, but now the camera will not turn on at all. I don't know if something inside the camera broke or what, but tapping the reset button doesn't seem to be very easy. They don't give you a tool, and you have to blindly stick something in there to hit the reset button. In any event, I have reached out to the company for a replacement. I will update again once I have my replacement and if it's working. (UPDATE) Replacement camera arrived overnight. I am very pleased with this. Upon examining both cameras, it appears the reset button on the original camera snapped off or otherwise broke. Be very careful when pressing the reset button. I'll be sending the damaged camera back. I would still recommend this camera as it functions beautifully. I just hope I don't have to keep using the reset button. (FINAL UPDATE) I'm very happy with this camera. I have had no issues whatsoever with it. Because of that, my writing has gone from 1 to 5 Stars. It's good to see that there are a few companies on here who will stand behind their product. This one definitely does!
