I don't know what it is about this stuff but I noticed right away my mood and well-being has improved. I'm only taking 1 a day. My Energy levels are higher in the afternoon, however I do feel more hungry at dinner time. Great stuff!

The quercetin which last time I had gotten to read a paper only becomes bioavailable in the intestinal tract, whether that is do to a certain level of it being readily digestible or food concentrations I am not certain. Next big reason I use the supplement is for the sea moss which is also not readily available to buy in most grocery stores. Your immune system helps remove damaged cells and this supplement also helps target damaged cells, based on papers over 3 years old the cells targeted are mainly older ones not functioning properly.

I took this alongside a Vitamin D supplement, (both for the first time) and became very nauseous and eventually threw up. I took with food and enough water. I'm not sure which supplement caused me to be sick, and read reviews on both saying they made some people unwell. I don't typically have issues with supplements, so will try each on their own in a few days so I can figure out which is making me ill.
