This is a great product for a single person, maybe two people at most. It is just me and I have to refill this about 3x a day. However, it is next to my sink, easy to refill and use, I love the taste, and I like the app to track the filter life. I prefer a mobile, small countertop system like this since I don't want to deal with more difficult filter changes with a bigger system under the sink. Simple for me to use!

After scouring the internet and doing my research on reverse osmosis system, I purchased this unit, and I was rewarded with a very good filtering system. The cartridges are very easier to install, easy to operate the unit, and the instructions were terrific. Best part is the water taste fresh with no after taste. The carafe is a nice size, and the filtering process is quite fast. This is my second reverse osmosis countertop system, and I'm hoping this unit will last for quite a long time. I had to give up drinking tap water even with using a PUR filter because the water was making me sick. My hubby and I always drank reverse osmosis bottled water, and when on occasion we would run out upon drinking the tap, I ended up getting sick again. A reverse osmosis system is a health necessity for me and glad I've landed a good unit.

App is useless but the purifier itself works fine

I should have bought this earlier! Well filtration speed is quite slow and it makes some noise so please consider this prior to your purchase. I check water with TDS meter and before filtration it’s 350 TDS and it goes down to 30 after purifying it. Great to keep shrimp tank and ultrasound humidifiers

Product was working for a couple of months. Changed the filter and the machine got louder and dispensed filter water slower and then suddenly stopped working. Bought the de-scaler stuff from AquaTru but that did nothing. All in all machine get very loud and breaks down even with timely changing of filter and de-scaler.

Simple to use and effective no more plastic bottles works fast A little inconvenient with the input container in the back and it being on the counter top and under the upper cabinets but worth the trouble

My water stinks and foul tasting, this tabletop reverse osmosis system is top of the line. My water now has a meaning, no foul smell and taste as good as any purified bottled water. I have the smart carafe. It tells me everything I need to know about what's in my tap water. What chemicals are being removed, and how soon I will need to change my filters. Best for your bucks.

This is very easy to set up. It works great- the difference in the taste of the water is nothing short of amazing . There are only 2 people in my house. It is the perfect size for the 2 of us. If you have more people- I suggest getting a larger purifier.

Big difference in taste compared to bottled water. Only wish the tanks was bigger. We'll see 1 year from now.
