Isotonix Calcium Plus – Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin D3, Vitamin C & Boron Sup...

This is an excellent calcium supplement that’s gentle on the stomach. Its isotonic formula allows for maximum absorption, and I can feel the effects—my fingernails seem to grow faster. I highly recommend it.

I was recommended calcium for joint issues but found that pills never did anything. An acupuncturist recommended this brand and it really makes a difference. Don't know why - definitely the powdered delivery is different than a pill. It tastes good too - a little like the orange Tang we (and the astronauts) used to drink long ago in the stone ages.

I need additional calcium due to bone loss. Calcium pills caused extreme constipation, stomach pain and were difficult to swallow. The powder form is easier to digest and causes less GI problems. The powder has a citrus like flavor. Personally, I don't like the flavor or mouth feel (texture). However, bone health is more important than flavor. The flavor is similar to medicinal Tang and Sprite. NutraMetrix is very similar and slightly more palatable. The website prices of $25.95 differs from Amazon, so check before ordering. I looked up the company who owns Isotonix (Market America)...some reviews were questionable. Isotonix helped with number 2's (yes that #2) unlike NM which made it worse. Lastly, the powder doesn't dissolve very well.

Isotonics is the way to go for maximum nutrient absorption. Pleasant taste, kind of like Sprite. Highly recommend.

Calcium plus from Market America is an amazing product that I have found to be effective.. the best part is that it's powder form and easy to intake as oppose to pills..

This the same product as the original Calcium I was "prescribed" by my surgeon's office last July. Because of the change of bottle, Even after comparing labels, I purchased only one. I will be ordering more. The expiration date on my bottle is 4/19. I state this because I wondered I might get an old bottle out of date. Further, I took the bottle with me to my surgeon's in-office nutritionist and she didn't know the bottle had changed but assured me it was the same product as in their pharmacy. About Nutrimetrix: I have the multivitamin and the calcium. I love it because it has been gentle on my stomach since day one. "Tastes like Tang" was what I heard. No. It's not exactly like Tang. It's a gentle version of it. I mix my capfuls all together in 1 cup of cold water. I know of bariactric patients, elderly and others who I've recommended it to and those who already took it before I did. They gave/give it wonderful reviews. I also know of bariactric patients who are skipping these (and other high quality products) and say "I just get the drug store multis. It's cheaper!" That may be so but I notice they are the ones who have gained back their weight and/or complains of and/or having hair loss issues. My opinion: regardless of the brand your surgeon recommended to you: you're spending less on food so pay for quality vitamins. Don't skimp on yourself. I can tell you when pharmacy ran out and I had to go 4/5 days without these, I felt totally depleted of energy. Thank you!
